Seeking Arts & Crafts Bazaar Coordinator

posted Feb 11, 2016, 2:24 PM by Shelley Eaton ‎[Wessels]‎
Attention current Freshmen, Sophomore and Junior parents--we have an exciting opportunity for you!  We are in search of a dedicated person/people interested in planning and organizing the Arts and Crafts Bazaar scheduled for October 2016.  Our current coordinator has done an outstanding job over the years organizing and fine-tuning the smallest of details for the event.  She would love to work side by side with the interested person/people and provide guidance during the planning stages.  She has a very organized, stream-lined procedure that will make the transition for a new coordinator VERY easy.  Vendor acceptance letters are already being received, so the interested person/people would begin learning the process right away.
The Arts & Crafts Bazaar is our largest fundraiser and all earnings benefit our scholarship fund.  Each year we award several thousand dollars to deserving seniors, so this event is extremely important.  You won't be alone!  The Arts and Crafts Bazaar requires a small "army" of volunteers and we're lucky to have so many people willing to dedicate their time.  There are numerous committees involved in every detail of the Bazaar--including, but not limited to the Bake Sale, Concessions, Raffle, Marketing and Ticket sales, to name a few.
If you're interested, please respond by email to and our coordinator will be excited to begin 'showing you the ropes'.
